As an Internet carrier, WAN2LAN is restricted in how we may use and share your CPNI. We will use CPNI to provide and manage the Services you have purchased. We may use your CPNI to market additional communications-related services to you. You have the right to request that we Opt-Out of using your CPNI for marketing purposes. Your choice will not affect the provision of the Services you already receive.
While WAN2LAN does not routinely collect web browsing history or application usage for commercial purposes, should we decide to do so for purposes beyond network management or legal compliance, we will provide you with a Opt-In choice and obtain your affirmative consent before using or sharing such sensitive data with third parties.
We do not currently take action to respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, or modification. However, no security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
In the event of an unauthorized disclosure of your personal information (a "Data Breach"), we will comply with all applicable legal requirements regarding notification to affected customers and, where required, to the appropriate governmental agencies, including the FCC, in a timely manner.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If we make material changes, we will provide notice to you as required by law, such as by posting a notice on our website or sending a direct communication. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
